I am a fully qualified Personal Fitness Trainer. I offer the following in the personal fitness programme:-
| • A one to one chat with you, looking at your lifestyle, with a view to organising a specific exercise plan which can easily fit in with your routine. • Looking at specific goals that you would like to achieve and planning a weekly programme to attain your goal! • Achievable and realistic targets so you stick to the programme and enjoy working with it! • Making exercise fun! As opposed to a chore so you can keep going with it after the programme has finished. • Support and information to help and guide you on your way to success. • Provision of training equipment for you to test out before going ahead with a specific programme. |

First consultation session Free
A brief session to assess your specific wants and needs from a training programme and to advise you of programmes to suit your requirements and your pocket.
Consultation Session £25.00
Together we will go through your own personal folder completing a personal profile/weight measurement log/goal setting contract/ and your preferred method of training with an agreement with me on which programme would suit your own specific needs.
Personal Set Programme £35.00
Initial set personal programme (provided by me) – going through each exercise looking at technique/posture and how long/how many repetitions each exercise takes – advising you on how many times a week you should be doing a session.
Monitoring Sessions £30.00
Monitoring sessions to suit you, consisting of motivating and monitoring your progress – checking your posture, technique and progress whenever you need it.
